On the afternoon of August 12, DOMI Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a professional fruit beverage company in Thailand, visited the Council for the Development of Cambodia under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Yu Li and was warmly received by Secretary General H.E Chea Vuthy The two sides had in-depth exchanges on investment opportunities and related policies in Cambodia.

The delegation also participated in the symposium, including Mr. KEN LO vice president of the Cambodia-China. The Cambodia China Friendship Collaboration Association (CCFCA), Mr. Tong Jitao, chairman of X Capital Investment Company, Ms. EAR SOPHEA CEO of X Capital Investment Company, and Mr. Lin Youyuan, chief representative of the Greater China Region of The Cambodia China Friendship Collaboration Association (CCFCA)
At the symposium, Secretary-General H.E Chea Vuthy welcomed the delegation’s visit and expressed strong support for DOMI Biotechnology Co., Ltd.’s intention to invest in the field of coconut planting and processing in Cambodia.

Established in 1996, the Council for the Development of Cambodia is a staff body of the Royal Government, which is responsible for supervising and managing cooperative development, private investment and special economic zones, providing one-stop services for investors, according to Secretary-General H.E Chea Vuthy. He stressed that Cambodia has introduced the New Investment Law, which aims to establish an open, transparent, predictable and investment-friendly legal framework to attract local and foreign investors more effectively and promote the country’s economic and social development.

At the ceremony, Chairman Mr. Yu Li expressed his heartfelt thanks to Secretary- H.E Chea Vuthy for receiving the delegation in his busy schedule. He introduced that DOMI Biotechnology Co., Ltd. focuses on the production of fruits and beverages, mainly exporting fresh agricultural products and deep-processed products to China, United States, Australia, the Middle East and Italy. Since the company’s main fresh coconut requires a variety of coconut varieties, the delegation visited the site and hoped that Cambodia would become the company’s subsequent investment destination.
At the meeting, the delegation consulted Cambodia’s investment environment, relevant preferential policies, special economic zones, land leasing to factory construction, and production equipment imports, and received detailed answers from Secretary-General H.E Chea Vuthy
