On the morning of May 7, a delegation from the Cambodia-China Friendship Collaboration Association (CCFCA) and X Capital Investment Company visited the Minister Attached to Prime Minister’s Office H.E Preap Kol at the Peace Building of the Prime Minister’s Office to report on the cooperation between X Capital and the Digital University of Cambodia (DUC). At the ceremony, Mr. Tong Jitao, Chairman of X Capital Investment Company, on behalf of all members of the delegation, expressed his heartfelt thanks to
H.E Preap Kol for taking precious time out of his busy schedule to personally receive the delegation. He said that through the exchanges with the Minister and the principal of the country at DUC, we felt the study tour of DUC and the strong support of the Royal Government for the development of the digital economy and people’s livelihood, which made us firmly believe that Cambodia is full of unlimited possibilities in the future of the digital economy
He said that in order to better support DUC’s teaching and student growth, X Capital and relevant corporate partners have initially finalized two projects to provide free support, namely, 1. Teaching resources and student skills improvement plan; 2. DUC global internship DUC Global intern Project.
Chairman Mr. Tong Jitao said that regarding teaching resources and student skill improvement plans, we will coordinate international resources to provide digital distance courses for DUC, and strive to provide Chinese scholarships for outstanding students so that they can further study in China. DUC Global Intern Program, X Capital will use its extensive relationship network to promote more international companies to provide DUC with actual project cooperation, including internships and direct recruitment. Through the implementation of the first phase of the project, it will assist DUC in cultivating the first batch of digital economy direct practitioners who fully master digital promotion, digital marketing, and live broadcast e-commerce capabilities. The target is 50 to 100 people, and based on them, we will expand Cambodia, especially the global marketing of Angkor tourism products, to Europe, the United States, China, Japan and other countries.
He emphasized that in the future, we will coordinate more digital economy industry resources around the world to cooperate with DUC, so that DUC can truly become a model for inclusive education in Cambodia’s digital economy.

At the ceremony, HE Preap Kol extended a warm welcome to the delegation and expressed his full support for the free support project proposed by X capital to promote the teaching and student growth of DUC. He will also report to Prime Minister Hun Manet on this cooperation idea. At the same time, he suggested that the two sides continue to strengthen cooperation and exchanges to jointly solve the difficulties faced in implementation work, and actively participate in promoting the development of Cambodia’s digital talent resources field, in line with the first phase of the Pentagon Strategy implemented by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
At the meeting, the host and guest had interactive exchanges and planned to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on May 16 to deepen the cooperation between X Capital and DUC and promote the school’s teaching and student growth.
